  • Whole Roasted Turkey Breast: $13.95 per pound

  • Roast Filet Mignon:$21.95/pound
    Tenderloin of beef, hand-trimmed and seasoned with our own blend of herbs and spices, cooked rare to medium,
    and served with your choice of mushroom gravy, béarnaise sauce or horseradish sauce    .

  • Smoked Salmon Platter: $150.00
    A delicious platter of Nova Scotia Salmon, a selection of flavored cream cheeses, sliced Bermuda
    onion and tomato, capers and fresh bagels
     

  • Turkey Sausage Patties with Green Apples and Fresh Sage: $1.50 additional per person
     

  • Chicken & Wild Rice Hash: $65/tray
    Tender poached chicken with a sherried cream sauce; wild rice and sautéed spinach

  • Chef's Crepe Station
    Fresh dessert or breakfast crepes made to order for your guests with fresh berries, cream, Nutella, bananas, and assorted savories.
    (Featuring Crepes Normandy - - tender crepes with sautéed apples and chantilly cream!)
    $3.95 per person, plus $100 per chef.
     
  • Challah French Toast Station
    Extra thick slices of challah bread prepared with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon; served with fresh fruit topping or maple syrup
    Also available: Texas Toast:  thickly sliced sourdough bread with whiskey sauce
    $3.95 per person, plus $100 per chef.

  • The Yacht Club Sandwich Platter
         Grilled or poached salmon, grilled chicken breasts, grilled vegetables, including grilled Portobello mushrooms, beautifully arranged
    on a platter, along with a fresh pasta salad and a fresh fruit platter. Served with a selection of fresh whole-grain bread and rolls.
    $17.95 per person, minimum 20 people.
     
  • The Newport Sandwich Platter
    Grilled chicken breast with mixed greens, avocado, and assorted antipasto. Served with parmesan vinaigrette and brick-oven Italian bread.
    $16.95 per person, minimum 20 people.
     
  • The Sea-Breeze Sandwich Platter
    Prosciutto and mozzarella with sun-dried tomatoes and roasted red peppers.  Served with focaccia bread, pesto dip,
    garlic-infused olive oil and assorted olives.
    $15.95 per person, minimum 20 people.
     
  • The Oceanside Sandwich Platter
    Grilled vegetables with fresh mozzarella and walnut pesto, served with French baguettes.
    $12.95 per person, minimum 20 people.
     
  • Smoked Salmon Platter: $175
    The finest quality Norwegian salmon is sliced very thin and served with cream cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, chopped onions and capers. 
    Includes Pumpernickel bread     and 24 mini-bagels.
     

  • Sausage and Pepper Subs: $145.
    Sweet and hot Italian sausage sautéed with fresh green peppers and onions, with or without our homemade marinara sauce.
    Served with fresh Italian brea    d.     Serves 15-20 people.
     

  • Chicken or Beef  Fajitas: $195.
    Decoratively arranged platters of grilled beef or chicken fajitas, sautéed onions and sweet peppers, guacamole, chopped tomato,
    sour cream, salsa and jalapenos.  Served with soft tortillas, fresh pasta salad and home-made potato salad. Serves 15-20 people.
     

  • Gourmet Sausage Grill: $225.
    Grilled Italian sausage, German bratwurst, Smoked Kielbasa and Andouille sausage served with grilled onions and peppers,
    sauerkraut, flavored mustards, kosher dill pickle spears, torpedo rolls, beer-whipped cheese and Bavarian pretzels    . Serves 15-20 people.

Belgian chocolate, chocolate whipped cream, cinnamon stick stirrers, liqueur chocolates, handmade shortbread cookies.

You may also consider our Italian Coffee Bar, featuring fresh espresso and cappuccino, flavored Italian syrups, fresh whipped cream, Anisette
and Sambucca flavorings and fresh biscotti.

Or choose our Mexican Coffee Station with urns of spiced Mexican Coffee and Mexican Hot Chocolate, deeply flavored and sweetened
with raw cane sugar. Includes Whipped Cream, Cinnamon Swizzle Sticks, and Fresh Mexican Wedding Cookies.
