Our Special Autumn-Winter 2009 Menu

A fresh selection of hearty, soul-warming foods that will appeal to the eye as well as the palate!  

This new, seasonal menu is offered as a change of pace, an upgrade, for those who have become accustomed to our
regular buffet menu.

 

As always, everything on our menu is prepared to order, using only
the finest and freshest ingredients available . . .

  • Fruits, herbs and vegetables fresh from the farmers market
  • Seafood fresh daily from local suppliers
  • Always the finest, leanest cuts of meat
  • All sauces are home-made, using only fresh ingredients
  • Our food is never frozen or mass produced. Each dish is made to
    order.

 

 

The 2009 Autumn/Winter Menu

is served with a colorful fresh mesclun salad
with several home-made dressings, and
assorted bakery-fresh breads and rolls.

NEW: Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwiches...
Make-Your-Own BBQ Sandwiches! Our beef brisket gets a Tex-Mex dry rub and is slow-cooked until tender, then sliced thin and tossed with home-made barbecue sauce. Served with fresh sandwich buns on the side.

NEW: Shepherd's Pie...
Seasoned cubed beef with fresh carrots & peas simmered in a flavorful broth, topped with mashed potatoes - this is a meal in itself!

NEW: Italian Sunday Gravy...
Beef roulades, spare ribs, home-made meatballs and sweet Italian sausages slowly simmered in fresh marinara sauce. Served with buttered cavatelli on the side.
