Our Hot Buffet is served with bakery-fresh bread, butter, grated cheese, salt and pepper.

Also included: styrofoam plates, paper napkins, plastic forks, knives and serving utensils.

Price also includes use of chafing racks and sternos.

Full payment is due on delivery.  We accept cash or checks.
(We no longer accept credit cards.)

Please make checks payable to Catering by Mary Morgan.

New York State law requires us to collect 8.625% sales tax, without exception.
If your organization is tax-exempt, please submit a valid tax-exempt form with payment. 
If you do not have a tax-exempt form, we are required to collect sales tax.

Please note:
Our Hot Buffet Menu is priced at $15.95 per person for a minimum of thirty people.
If you are ordering for less than thirty people, prices for our Hot Buffet Menu are as follows:

21 - 29 people . . . $18.95 per person

16 - 20 people . . . $19.95 per person

10 - 15 people . . . $20.95 per person
